Save the Date: Maritime Day 2027

Fremantle Ports is pleased to announce the return of Maritime Day in November 2027 at the Fremantle Passenger Terminal.

Due to the temporary Fremantle Bridge closure and associated operational considerations, the biannual Maritime Day will next be held in 2027, returning bigger, better and more accessible for all.

Proudly hosted by Fremantle Ports in partnership with the Company of Master Mariners, Maritime Day celebrates Western Australia’s maritime industry. The free community event showcases innovation, education and career pathways, alongside vessel tours, interactive exhibits and family-friendly entertainment.

More than 80 organisations participated in Maritime Day 2024, welcoming over 8,000 visitors and highlighting the strength and diversity of Fremantle’s port community, which supports more than 6,000 jobs across the state.

From historic vessels and maritime models to Royal Australian Navy displays, technical exhibits and the Fremantle Ports historic photo collection, Maritime Day offers something for everyone.
